I have been a Technical Support Representative for 5 years providing first line customer service assistance through e-mail. Working with a team, we resolve customer’s problem by troubleshooting, configuration and remote administration. The goal of the function is to effectively attend the concern while reinforcing customer confidence and loyalty.

My desire to be the best that I can be as a Virtual Assistant, I enrolled myself to a Freelancing Course to further my knowledge in the industry.

I can help you with the tasks such as Admin Support, Call Minding, Filtering Emails, Marketing, Calendar Management, Typing, Internet Research, Cold Calling, Transcription, Managing Emails and Social Media Accounts.
